The Space

You came for Nashville's pulse.
We built a love letter to its soul.

1,197 square feet of open-concept condo on the third floor of The Muse — vibrant hues, kitschy neon, a vintage turntable on the credenza, an upright piano in the foyer, bold gallery-wall art, and a balcony to the downtown skyline. Every surface nods to the 1970s soul era without ever turning into a costume.

The kitchen is the social heart — full chef's setup, stainless appliances, kitchen island that seats six. Three bedrooms divide cleanly so ten people fit without fighting for floor space: a King master with ensuite, a Queen with balcony access, and a bunk room with Queen-over-Queen plus a Queen trundle that pulls out for kids and teens.

Fifteen-minute walk to Broadway. Same to Bridgestone. Twenty to the Ryman. The whole condo lives like an album cover and sits in the actual middle of Music City.

Signature Amenities

Six things nobody else in Nashville has.

01
Vinyl

Working Vintage Record Player

The turntable on the living-room credenza is real. Drop the needle, watch the skyline shift, and let the curated vinyl collection take the night from there.

02
Neon

Kitschy "Hop on the Soul Train" Sign

The neon at the front door switches on with the wall lever. Best photo wall in the building — and the only branded backdrop on Rolling Mill Hill.

03
Keys

Upright Piano

The orange upright in the foyer is a real piano. Daytime play is encouraged — the friend who insists they "kind of play" finally has a stage.

04
Kitchen

Open Chef's Kitchen

Stainless appliances, double-door fridge with ice, full pots-and-pans setup, and a kitchen island with bar seating for six. Breakfast for ten happens here.

05
Mirrors

Built for Getting Ready

Hollywood-style lighted vanity station with dedicated table and clothing rack. Full-length mirrors in every bedroom. Double-vanity mirrors in both bathrooms. Six people can get show-ready at the same time.

06

Frequently asked

Quick answers

What's the check-in process?
Self check-in via a personalized smart-lock code sent to your phone the morning of check-in. Check-in opens at 4:00 PM. The unit code unlocks the building door and unit 307 door — both sent in your pre-arrival message.
Is there a Bluetooth speaker in the unit?
No — the vintage turntable + curated vinyl collection is the only in-unit audio source. Each bedroom and the living room has a Smart TV, which works as a phone-cast target if you want to stream from your music app.
Is the laundry free?
The building has a coin-operated laundry room — quarters only. There is no in-unit washer/dryer. Bring quarters if you plan to wash during your stay.
What about parking?
Free street parking on Lindsley Avenue on weekends. Covered garage under the building is $25/day, paid via QR code in the unit. Nashville has a real petty-theft problem — strip your car of visible valuables either way.
Are pets allowed?
No — the building HOA does not permit pets (service animals welcome with prior notice, per ADA). The fine is $500 to the booking if discovered.
Can we host a party?
Up to 10 sleeping (the booking count) plus a few daytime visitors for a few hours is fine. Bachelor/bachelorette parties with non-staying guests and full mixed-group parties need pre-approval and don't generally fit this unit's profile.
What's the quiet-hour rule?
9:00 PM – 8:00 AM is a building HOA rule with a $500 fine for any noise complaint. The piano goes quiet at 9. The turntable + daytime music are fine. Concrete walls + white-noise machines in every bedroom do most of the work.
Is the building accessible?
Elevator-served from the lobby to unit 307. Step-free path from the lobby to the unit door. Not formally ADA-certified — message us in advance for any specific mobility questions.
